Lisa Rush purchased our award winning truSculpt ID system in April, 2021. The first truSculpt iD system in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
From onboarding the device, Lisa has implemented internal supports systems, competitive packages, marketing launch and a successful VIP launch night, as guided by the CUTERA Marketing Manager – Helen Tudehope, CUTERA BDM -Millicent Fox and her CUTERA ASM -Mark Collins.
Prior to Lisa, receiving the system her external marketing team were trained in the features and benefits of the system and began promoting the launch of her system.
Within a month she hosted a VIP Launch night in a venue in collaboration with a skincare and diet supplement brand, and exclusive VIP packages created with the CUTERA BDM, Millicent Fox.
As recommended, Lisa used an influencer to talk about her goals and experience of the treatment to her 50 guests. The success of this event resulting in bookings north of $15,000 on the night, and over $5,000 bookings from post-event sales.
After the event, Lisa followed Millicent’s guide to engage with her clients and continually educate her clients on the system through social marketing and EDM’s which has resulted in continual bookings.
Lisa is continuing to work closely with her BDM to ensure all staff members are knowledgeable on all aspects of the system and having multiple touch points with her treated clients.
Lisa is only in her first full quarter is already on a trajectory to achieving SILVER status, a welcome ROI and amazing achievement when encountering lockdown and clinic refurbishment.
Lisa operates from her recently renovated, modernised clinic in one of the most beautiful areas of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, offering the latest technologies in natural enhancements for skin, face and now body with truSculpt iD.
